There are various flights from the UK to Cologne and Düsseldorf, some of which are with bargain airlines such as Jet2 and EasyJet. Below is a list if airlines and the airports they fly from and to, as well as an idea of prices of flights (based on prices on 16 February 2009). All of these flights are based on a departure date of Tuesday 23 June, returning on Friday 26 June in the evening.Flying into Cologne
Connections from Cologne Airport - Cologne city centre (Maternushaus):
There is a direct train service (line S 13) from the airport to Cologne Central Station (Koln Hbf) which runs at least twice an hour:

The airport is approx 10.5 miles (17 km) from Cologne City Centre, and will cost you approximately 30 Euros in a taxi.
Flying into Düsseldorf
Although further away from the venue than Cologne Airport, Düsseldorf is very well connected, and has a train station in the airport. There is also a 'skytrain' that will take you from the terminal to the railway station. Direct trains run from the station to Cologne Central Station (Koln Hbf) usually twice an hour.
